May 2019 Update

May 2019 Update As Jack Benny used to open his radio program and plug his sponsor at the same time, “Jello again!” I hope everyone is swell and that Spring is busting out all over (I’d apologize for adapting/stealing from Rogers & Hammerstein, but they’re both beyond apologies now.) Anyway, I’m looking forward to being back at Kevin Barry’s (117 W. River Street, Savannah, GA 31401 912-233-9626) for another chance to inflict my presence on innocent – and even some not-so-innocent – audiences next week. Starting promptly at 8:00, I’ll be on stage Tuesday thru Saturday: that’s the 7th thru the 11th. Along the way, we’ll recognize the 74th anniversary of V-E Day on the 8th and Military Spouse Day on the 10th. Military Spouse Day was first recognized by President Reagan in 1984. Although my twist at Kevin Barry’s will finish the night before, I’ll take this opportunity to wish a premature Happy Mother’s Day to all whom it applies. Incidentally, a terrific Mother’s Day gift might be a signed copy of my book, “Frank Tells Tales”. They’re $10 at the gig and $11.50 by post. Just send a check to me at the address below. I guess that wraps it up for this month. What follows is my boilerplate closing two paragraphs and contact information. Take care. You can download and in some cases purchase a bunch of my music from a number of sources, including Youtube and also at Spotify, Apple iTunes, Google Music Store, Rhapsody, Deezer, Amazon, thru CD Baby or even at my website: Drop a line or an email or a Facebook commo if you feel like it. I’m glad to start a conversation at any time. In case I don’t see you next week, I’ll look for you down the road. In the mean time, please join me in keeping in your thoughts and prayers those men and women in harm’s way at home and overseas. All the best always, Frank Frank Emerson 790 E.
