June 20-17 Update

June 2017 Update Hello and a little pre-mature Happy Start-of-Summer to All of You – A quick note to let you know that I’ll be appearing at Kevin Barry’s in Savannah 12-18 June (That’s two days prior to Flag Day and the Army’s 242nd Birthday through Father’s Day). So to be all-inclusive, I should add a pre-mature happy birthday to the U.S. Army and a pre-mature Happy Father’s Day. Oh and lest we forget, a pre-mature recognition of the 802nd anniversary of the signing of the Magna Carta. (Sheesh…whole lot of preemies in this thing!) Anyway, Monday-Saturday, I start at 8 PM. Sunday, I go on after the open session –hosted by the Savannah Ceilidh Band. The session runs from roughly 6:30-8:30. I want to take this opportunity to publicly congratulate my friend Msgr. William O’Neill, a proud son of Tipperary and adopted son of Savannah, Georgia on the occasion of his Golden Jubilee of Ordination. Can you imagine? Fifty years at the same job! I figure he must have quite a good boss. I guess that winds it up for now. I do want to remind you that I have copies of “Frank Tells Tales” available for sale at the gig and at my house. The price at the gig is $10. If you prefer, I can send you a copy by mail upon the receipt of $11.50 (That’s $10 for the book and $1.50 for postage). Just send a check to me at: 790 E. Spiller Street Wytheville, Virginia 24382 Drop a note if you feel like it, or contact me at www.frankemerson.com, where you can also hear some of my music. Music can be downloaded at www.cd.baby.com (search name: Frank Emerson). I can also be reached through Facebook. On top of everything, I’m looking forward to accepting bookings and writing projects for 2018 along about now. 276-228-6726/276-613-0598. Take care and please join me in saying a prayer for and keeping in mind our Police, Firefighters and members of the Armed Forces. Remember, there is a war going on. All the best, Frank Frank Emerson 790 E. Spiller Street Wytheville, VA 24382 276-613-0598 www.frankemerson.com www.ifreelance.com/pro/4448 Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum
